DANCING INTO STILLNESS
DANCING INTO STILLNESS
DANCING INTO STILLNESS is a unique yoga program that offers a harmonious fusion of Yin and Hatha Vinyasa yoga. The aim is to free up the body, open up the heart, and calm the mind. This program is perfect for those who wants to deepen their understanding of yoga, improve their practice, and refine their teaching skills.
SŸANA YOGA brings together the contrasting elements of Yin and Yang. This combination allows for a balanced and holistic approach to yoga that caters to all levels of experience
During this program, participants will learn about the benefits of Yin and Yang yoga and how to incorporate them into their practice. They will also learn about the importance of stillness in motion and the flow in stillness, which are essential concepts in Yin Yang yoga.
The program offers a safe and supportive environment for participants to explore their bodies and minds. It is designed to help individuals develop a deeper awareness of their physical, mental, and emotional states. The practice of Yin Yang yoga cultivates a sense of inner peace and harmony that will benefit the participants, both on and off the mat.

LEAD TEACHER
Her classes are designed to help the students to connect with their mind, body, and soul, while also experiencing the joy and the freedom of Organic movements.
Anaÿs has always been drawn to the expressive and graceful movements of Caribbean dance and Flamenco. It's something that has been a part of her life since she was born. As she continued to explore different ways of performing, she stumbled upon vinyasa yoga for the first time in 2009. And since then, She hasn't been able to stop herself from diving deeper into the magic effects that this practice has to offer her.
After Her initial encounter with vinyasa yoga, it didn't take her long to realize that She wanted to study it in greater detail. As she delved deeper, she found that it brought about a positive transformation in her way of living and helped her to connect with herself on a deeper level.
Over the years, She has been fortunate enough to study and teach yoga in different places in the world.
Along the way, She had the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring teachers such as Olga Oskorbina, Jules Febre, Myrjam Wagner, Simon Park, Rohil Jethmalani, and many more
Their teachings have helped her to enhance her skills as a yoga teacher and to broaden her understanding of the practice
Nowadays, as a teacher, She aims to share her experience and knowledge with others. She offers a variety of yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Yin; and Nidra yoga, always trying to incorporate the organic movements and touch of her dance experience into her sessions. She believes that this adds a unique dimension to her classes, which she likes to call a YIN YANG experience.
